business having to produce accounts. Don't worry, if
you have adverse credit history, as this does not cause
a problem with your application.
We can arrange commercial mortgages
and re-mortgages for virtually all types of commercial
premises from small shops and retail units to large
office premises, factories and warehouses. Funding is
available up to 80% of the property value, and with
the ability to take a 2nd charge over another property
(residential or commercial) we can arrange advances
in excess of 100% of the purchase price or
the bricks & mortar valuation if re-mortgaging.
These types of mortgage facility are available for all
types of applicant including those who cannot provide
satisfactory accounts (Self-Certification)
and those with adverse credit.
